Job summary

Chart Industries is seeking a Project Manager AFM to oversee complex engineering projects from order receipt to delivery. The role is based out of Buffalo, NY; Medina, OH; or Tulsa, OK with a hybrid schedule, and involves coordinating with engineering, supply chain, quality, and logistics to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

You will own project plans, manage budgets, and drive risk mitigation while maintaining profitability and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management within engineering/industrial/construction.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex customer accounts.
• Experience in financial aspects of project management (margin, cash flow).
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of projects from order receipt through delivery, ensuring financial, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction objectives are met.
• Own the customer relationship as the primary point of contact, driving communication strategy and safeguarding satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, quality, and logistics to drive project success.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Lead project execution with milestone tracking, risk mitigation, and timely delivery.
