Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Manager to provide professional project management on client-site projects, campuses, and facilities in Missouri. You will work with the account and facility management teams, coordinate budgets, schedules, and reports, and oversee consultants and contractors.

The role requires 5+ years in engineering/construction project accountability, 5+ years of project management, and 3+ years of supervisory experience. A BS in Engineering or Architecture is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role.
• Minimum of 5 years project management experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in a project management capacity.

Responsibilities

• Prepare agendas, develop and maintain master project budgets and timelines for each project phase.
• Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawing reviews for clients and teams at all design/construction phases.
• Assist in selection, contracting and oversight of consultants and construction teams.
