• Coordinate with building officials on code checks and zoning.
• Ensure timely document submission and milestone reviews with client.
• Provide engineering oversight across disciplines and guidance to staff.
• Participate in design to meet schedule and budget targets.
• Maintain project records and ensure invoicing accuracy.
