Qualifications

• Requires a technical or bachelor’s degree in a major discipline and ten years of practical project experience.
• Professional Engineer licensure is required or strongly preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for budgeting, reporting, and scheduling.
• Must be comfortable working with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Defines project scope and requirements with clients and stakeholders.
• Develops financial plans, budgets, and man-hour estimates for projects.
• Leads project staffing and coordination with PMs, CRM, and location leaders.
• Ensures QA/QC plans, timely invoicing, and revenue tracking.
• Coordinates project kick-offs, milestones, and schedule updates.
• Manages risk assessments and client communications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversees project closeout documentation and lessons learned.
• Develops and maintains client relationships to support business growth.
