The role requires a technical degree and PE licensure, with healthcare building design experience preferred. Strong MS Office skills and client relationship abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field required.
• Professional Engineer Licensure required.
• Experience with healthcare building design preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of project management approaches and systems design.
• Basic budgeting knowledge and ability to create budgets.
• Ability to work with clients and manage relationships.

Responsibilities

• Confirms project scope with client and stakeholders; collaborates with CRM or Location Leader.
• Develops financial plan for the project; negotiates fees and contracts; supports budgeting.
• Assists in staffing plan and man hour budgets with PM, CRM, or Location Leader.
• Ensures assignment of a Project Coordinator and BIM Questionnaire; supports model setup and information flow.
• Leads project kick-off meetings; defines scope, schedule milestones, and expectations.
• Creates final budget based on discipline work plans; tracks progress and revenue.
