Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• PE license is required or actively pursuing licensure.
• Proven leadership and mentoring experience with design staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead design work and mentor junior designers.
• Serve as technical leader and resource for the team.
• Coordinate with Project Managers on scope, complexity, and scheduling.
• Lead design reviews and communicate with quality control and clients.
• Represent the firm at professional organizations and conferences.
• Travel to other office locations at least once per year.
