Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with healthcare code knowledge.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and BIM coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day MEP design production for healthcare projects.
• Coordinate design efforts among internal teams, consultants and clients.
• Manage project budget, scope and scheduling with project team.
• Participate in design and construction administration (CA) phases.
• Attend meetings, review submittals and respond to RFI promptly.
• Serve as primary technical contact for owners and clients.
