Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or 3–5 years of experience in project management is preferred.
• Minimum of three years’ work experience in a project management capacity.
• Proven experience in people management and a commitment to industrial safety.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe operation of all projects by following and enforcing safety policies.
• Estimate the value of work based on IMI standard processes and tools.
• Lead planning and implementation of projects with clear scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop full-scale project plans with timelines and milestones.
• Assemble and coordinate project staff and manage the budget.
