Job summary

Express Employment International (US) is seeking a Project Manager - engineering to oversee cross-functional engineering projects. You will partner with customers and Business Development to define scope, manage BOM design, budgeting, and risk assessment, and drive plans to meet schedule and quality goals.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and experience with Earned Value Management, contract management, and PM tools such as Jira. AS9100 experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
Experience with Earned Value Management, Risk/Opportunity Management, and contract management.
Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
Background in project/engineering management preferred.

Responsibilities

Partner with customers and Business Development to understand project scope.
Lead multi-functional teams on BOM design and budget forecasting.
Assess project risks and develop mitigation plans.
Develop project plans and manage PM tools.
Interface with vendors for outsourced parts and ensure on-time delivery.
Ensure deliverables meet safety, quality and schedule requirements.
