Job summary

Energy Project Partners, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead owner’s representative project management on its most complex, utility-scale energy projects. You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk from development through construction and closeout while protecting the owner's interests and ensuring disciplined execution.

This senior, client-facing, billable role reports to the Director - Resource Solutions and mentors junior PMs while applying EPP's proven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management or related field.
• 8+ years PM experience on major capital or utility-scale projects.
• Experience managing EPC contracts and owner's/independent engineers.
• Proficiency with MS Project/Primavera P6, Procore, and Microsoft 365; strong client-facing communication.
• Knowledge of OSHA; U.S. driver’s license; ability to travel to project sites; authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead owner's representative project management on complex energy projects from development through turnover.
• Mentor junior PMs and set delivery standards.
• Coordinate with EPC contractors, engineers, utilities, and other stakeholders; produce executive monthly reporting.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and safety across the project lifecycle.
• Oversee commissioning, closeout, and transition to O&M; support project financing.
