Job summary

TC Energy is seeking a Project Manager for the General Plant Capital Maintenance (GPMC) program in Houston. You will oversee safety, compliance, quality, cost, and schedule for assigned projects while leading internal and external resources through all lifecycle phases.

The role requires strong communication, risk assessment, and coordination across Engineering, Construction, and Supply Chain, with a hybrid work model across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field.
• 5+ years’ experience in project management, project engineering, or construction management.
• Familiar with natural gas pipelines, compression facilities, and measurement facilities.
• Familiar with engineering drawings and Bills of Materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead project team to complete scope verification, cost verification, and preliminary execution schedule.
• Coordinate with Project Controls for monthly cost forecasting and schedule updates.
• Review and approve purchase orders for materials and equipment.
• Work with Supply Chain to evaluate long lead equipment bids.
• Coordinate commissioning activities to ensure facilities are ready for service on schedule.
