Job summary

TC Energy is seeking a Project Manager to lead safety, compliance, quality, cost, and schedule for General Plant Capital Maintenance projects. You will manage internal and external resources across engineering, procurement, regulatory approvals, construction, and commissioning to meet milestones.

The role requires a bachelor's in engineering, 5+ years in PM/CM, and familiarity with natural gas facilities. A hybrid work model is available across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field is required.
• At least five years in project management, project engineering, or construction management.
• Familiar with natural gas pipelines, compression facilities, and measurement facilities.
• Deep understanding of project management fundamentals and project life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead project team to complete deliverables early in the project lifecycle (scope/cost verification, schedule, cash flow).
• Coordinate with Project Controls for monthly cost forecasting and schedule updates.
• Review and approve POs for material and equipment purchase and work with Supply Chain on bids.
• Collaborate with Project Engineering and Supply Chain to manage long-lead equipment bids and delivery dates.
• Maintain safety culture and coordinate commissioning and asset integration to project closeout.
