Job summary

Entergy is seeking a Senior Project/Program Manager to lead and oversee large-scale capital projects in the energy sector. The role emphasizes strong safety culture, program governance, and collaboration with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to meet cost and schedule targets.

Responsibilities include advancing PMO standards, managing commercial aspects of EPC contracts, and delivering consistent project controls across programs. Hybrid work arrangement in select locations is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of professional project or program management experience.
• PMP Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understands project safety culture and enables safety across projects.
• Defines the project organization structure and identifies required technical skills.
• Leads project teams to deliver projects per standards and guidelines.
• Enables use of Project Execution Planning and related tools and processes.
• Supports reporting and presentations on key project pillars for leadership.
• Leads Commercial/Contract Management, overseeing regional EPC contract administration.
• Collaborates to strengthen commercial governance and standardize processes.
