Job summary

TC Energy Corp. is seeking a Project Coordinator to support USGP Growth Portfolio. You will assist the PM in executing scope, develop the Project Execution Plan, and manage scope, budget, schedule, and reporting per the Delivery Standard.

You will coordinate meetings, track risks, and collaborate with schedulers, controllers, and team members to prepare updates and presentations. Hybrid work options apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in engineering, construction management, project management, business, or related field.
• 0-4 years of project coordination, project controls, project management, construction, engineering, operations, or related experience.
• Experience with project management, costing, and scheduling concepts/practices.
• Strong facilitation and information gathering skills; teamwork.
• Excellent written, verbal, and electronic communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical reports and drawings.
• Ability to present project status orally and in writing; capable of cost/schedule analysis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities to support the Project Manager in executing scope of work.
• Develop, update and maintain the Project Execution Plan and other deliverables within the Project Roadmap.
• Manage scope, budget, schedule, execution, and reporting per Project Delivery Standard.
• Incorporate changes in scope and cost into cost tracking and forecasting.
• Facilitate meetings; prepare weekly status reports and distribute minutes/actions.
• Maintain risk register and develop risk management strategies with PM.
• Coordinate with schedulers and controllers to link cost, risk and schedule; flag variances.
• Assemble project updates for review with the PM.
• Assist with monthly Project Scans/Scorecards and Gate Readiness documentation.
• Prepare formal presentations as needed; support assurance reviews.
• Analyze variances; ensure alignment of cost and schedule reporting.
• Coordinate bid activities; assist with SOW, RFP, bids and contract reviews.
• Liaise between project team and functional groups to coordinate activities.
• Document supplier/contractor performance; coordinate corrective actions with QA.
• Apply approved changes to project plans throughout life cycle.
• Resolve questions from PMs/management; contribute to PM tools/processes.
• Maintain high focus on health, safety and environment.
