Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing environments.
- Hands-on grounding in manufacturing, with exposure to full product arc from inception to delivery.
- Background supporting R&D and/or new product development (NPI).
- Ability to manage several intricate programs in parallel with strong communication.
Responsibilities
- Steer projects from concept through engineering, manufacturing, and validation, owning full lifecycle of delivery.
- Govern scope, timelines, milestones, resourcing, and budgets across multiple programs.
- Coordinate cross-functional partners across engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality.
- Translate customer requirements into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Track progress, surface risks early, and drive corrective action.
- Keep stakeholders aligned with updates on status and delivery commitments.
- Refine playbooks, tooling, and throughput over time.
