Milwaukee Tool is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Project Engineer to drive cross-functional project execution from development through production launch. The role partners with Product Engineering, Quality, Reliability, GAME Technology and suppliers to ensure manufacturing readiness and strong project visibility.

Responsibilities include planning milestones, maintaining schedules, and coordinating handoffs to site operations while facilitating risk mitigation and data-driven trade-offs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 0–2 years of manufacturing, engineering, operations or project experience preferred.
• Foundational understanding of manufacturing processes and project execution.
• Exposure to project-management practices including schedules, risk management, and milestone reviews preferred.
• Experience with high-volume assembly, motors, batteries, automation, or joining processes beneficial but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with data-analysis, visualization, statistics or CAD tools preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate manufacturing projects and workstreams from development to production launch.
• Own milestone planning, schedules, risk registers, and readiness plans.
• Lead cross-functional meetings; track scope, cost, quality, and capacity.
• Support DFMA and manufacturability considerations early in product development.
• Assist prototype and production builds to identify risks and coordinate corrective actions.
• Ensure readiness across GAME, suppliers, and site operations.
