Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Manufacturing Advanced Project Engineer to join a highly collaborative team. You will work with Product Engineering, Quality, Reliability, and suppliers to drive project visibility, readiness, and successful launches across global sites.

Responsibilities include managing schedules, risks, and trade-offs, while coordinating handoffs to site operations and documenting lessons learned for future programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline is required.
• Entry-level position; zero to two years of manufacturing/engineering experience preferred.
• Foundational understanding of manufacturing processes and project execution expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate manufacturing projects from early development through launch and handoff to operations.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, risk registers, and action logs.
• Lead cross-functional meetings, document decisions, and track milestones and readiness.
• Support cost, schedule, quality, capacity, and risk trade-offs with data-driven insights.
• Ensure manufacturing readiness and investment justifications align with product requirements.
