You will partner with Product Engineering, Product Marketing, Quality, Reliability, and suppliers, coordinating milestones, risk, and readiness across sites.

This role emphasizes hands-on project management, data-driven decisions, and use of engineering tools to improve manufacturability, cost, and throughput.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating cross-functional manufacturing projects from development to production.
• Ability to manage milestones, risks, and readiness across multiple sites.
• Proficient in applying foundational engineering tools for process improvement.
• Capable of facilitating meetings and documenting decisions and actions.
• Strong analytical skills for trade-off discussions involving cost, quality, and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate manufacturing projects and workstreams from early development through handoff to site operations.
• Own milestone planning and execution, ensuring deliverables are on time.
• Develop integrated schedules, risk registers, and readiness plans.
• Facilitate cross-functional project meetings and track decisions and actions.
• Communicate project health and recovery plans through concise updates.
• Support manufacturability, cost, capacity, and risk assessments for programs.
