Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Project Engineer to join a highly collaborative team that partners with Product Engineering, Quality, Reliability, and suppliers. You will own cross-functional milestone planning, manufacturing readiness, and deliverables for assigned projects, with GAME Technology providing technical leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Technology.
• Entry-level position; zero to two years of related manufacturing, engineering, operations, or project experience preferred.
• Exposure to PFMEA, control plans, capability analysis, and process validation preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CAD tools.
• Strong written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Own Operations VIGOR milestone planning and execution for assigned projects.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, action logs, risk registers, decision records, and milestone-readiness plans.
• Facilitate cross-functional project meetings, document decisions and actions, and ensure timely completion.
• Track project scope, schedule, cost, quality, capacity, and resource requirements with clear recommendations.
• Coordinate handoffs across GAME, GAME Technology, equipment suppliers, and site manufacturing.
• Capture lessons learned and incorporate them into future programs and templates.
• Support manufacturing readiness deliverables such as PFMEAs, control plans, and validation activities.
