Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 0–2 years of relevant manufacturing, engineering, or project experience preferred.
• Exposure to project-management practices (schedules, tracking, risk management) preferred.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate assigned manufacturing projects from development through equipment delivery and production launch.
• Manage integrated project schedules, action logs, risk registers, and milestone-readiness plans.
• Lead cross-functional project meetings, document decisions, and track action owners.
• Monitor scope, schedule, cost, quality, and resource needs; escalate risks with recommendations.
• Communicate project health and recovery plans through concise updates and presentations.
• Support trade-off discussions on cost, schedule, quality, and manufacturability.
