Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead EMS transformation, automation, client onboarding, and operational improvement initiatives within a growing managed services organization. You will drive project execution, manage risks, and deliver measurable business results for enterprise clients.

The role requires extensive program leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear executive communications while collaborating with global teams.

Qualifications

8+ years of progressive Program or Project Management experience.
Experience leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives in a managed services or financial services setting.
PMP, PgMP, Agile or related certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple complex EMS projects from inception through implementation and stabilization.
Develop integrated project plans with scope, milestones, risks, resources, and timelines.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Technology, Automation, Finance, Compliance, Product, and Client Services.
