Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead EMS transformation, automation, client onboarding, and operational improvement initiatives within a growing managed services organization. You will manage cross-functional programs, drive execution, mitigate risks, and deliver measurable business results.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of program management experience, strong stakeholder management, and a proven track record in complex, enterprise-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, Technology, Finance, Operations, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive Program or Project Management experience.
• Proven success leading large-scale, cross-functional business and technology initiatives.
• Experience delivering transformation, automation, operations, managed services, financial services, or process improvement programs.
• Strong expertise in project planning, milestone management, risk management, dependency tracking, and resource coordination.
• Experience communicating effectively with senior leaders and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead EMS transformation, automation, client onboarding, and operational improvement projects.
• Develop integrated project plans including scope, milestones, risks, and timelines.
• Establish governance, communication plans, and leadership reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Technology, Automation, Finance, Banking, Compliance, Product, and Client Services.
• Create project roadmaps, dashboards, and executive presentations using Jira, Smartsheet, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Oversee automation projects related to onboarding, data validation, invoice processing, and reporting.
