Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager for HCM Transformation to drive large-scale HR technology programs. You will oversee planning, delivery, and adoption, coordinating HR, IT, and vendor teams to ensure successful outcomes.

The role requires hands-on Azure DevOps expertise, strong Agile capabilities, and a track record managing HRIS or workforce transformation initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• Mandatory Agile project delivery experience.
• Hands-on Azure DevOps (ADO) experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead HCM technology transformation initiatives from planning through delivery and adoption.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across HR, IT, and vendor stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, milestones, dependencies, and delivery plans.
• Drive Agile project delivery using Azure DevOps for sprint planning, backlog tracking, reporting, governance, and delivery visibility.
• Identify, track, and resolve risks, issues, dependencies with clear mitigation plans.
• Support successful adoption of new solutions and change management activities.
