Job summary

Concentrix Corporation seeks a Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex HCM transformation initiatives spanning HR, workforce management, and digital modernization. You will oversee technology implementations, process improvements, system integrations, and change activities across cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of IT project management, strong Agile delivery, hands-on Azure DevOps, and proven success with HRIS/workforce transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• Mandatory Agile project delivery experience.
• Mandatory hands-on Azure DevOps, ADO, experience.
• Experience managing HCM, HRIS, or workforce transformation initiatives.
• Strong experience leading HR technology programs and large-scale implementation efforts.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders across business, technology, HR, and vendor teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead HCM and HR technology transformation initiatives from planning through delivery and adoption.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, milestones, dependencies, and delivery plans.
• Drive Agile project delivery across business, HR, IT, and vendor teams.
• Use Azure DevOps to manage sprint planning, backlog tracking, reporting, governance, and delivery visibility.
• Coordinate with HR, business, technology, and vendor stakeholders to align priorities and execution plans.
• Lead SIT, UAT, deployment readiness, release coordination, and change management activities.
