Responsibilities

Lead complex customer implementation projects from purchase order through final customer acceptance.
Serve as a senior resource and mentor for Project Managers, providing coaching and best practices.
Drive accountability across projects to meet schedule, scope, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies; escalate when needed.
Collaborate with Engineering and Finance on deliverables, budgets, forecasting, and performance.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and maintain PM templates and standards.
