Top Prospect Group is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead key accounts within a fast-paced EMS environment. You will be the primary customer contact, driving financial, operational, and commercial performance across programs.

You will negotiate MSAs, manage budgets, and collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and senior leadership to deliver on-time, within-cost results and strategic growth.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of combined experience in Program Management, Business Management, Engineering, Operations, and/or Procurement.
• Senior-level customer/account management experience.
• Experience negotiating contracts and MSAs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience in contract manufacturing or EMS.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary customer contact for assigned accounts and programs.
• Manage financial, operational, and commercial performance of customer programs.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for retention and growth.
• Lead negotiations and administration of customer contracts including MSAs.
• Coordinate new quotations with Sourcing and Engineering.
• Manage customer production schedules and delivery commitments.
• Identify opportunities to improve cost, quality, lead time, and performance.
• Prepare and lead Quarterly Business Reviews with customers.
