Job summary

Watterson Restoration & Facility Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to lead Emergency and Facility work orders, directing the lifecycle from initiation through deployment, while ensuring client satisfaction and on-time delivery.

You will supervise project coordinators, train new team members, manage budgets and risks, coordinate with owners, and build strong subcontractor relationships to deliver multiple projects concurrently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, engineering, or property management (preferred).
• At least 4 years of experience, including 2+ years in a similar role.
• Valid Driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Owns full project lifecycle from initiation to deployment for multiple initiatives.
• Establish practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand capabilities.
• Manage direct reports of Project Coordinators and provide guidance and training.
• Liaise with owners and contacts to facilitate project activities.
• Monitor and control outcomes across projects to resolve issues and delays.
• Develop relationships with subcontractors.
