Job summary

Watterson is seeking a Project Manager to direct Emergency and Facility work orders and maintain client satisfaction. You will manage the full lifecycle of client projects—planning, scheduling, budgeting, and close client contact—to ensure timely delivery and alignment with client needs.

The role may supervise Project Coordinators, train new team members, and handle larger projects. It requires strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, or property management preferred.
• At least 4 years of work experience, with minimum 2 years in a similar role, ideally managing people.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Full project lifecycle ownership from initiation to deployment for multiple initiatives.
• Establish practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to mature capabilities.
• Oversee direct reports of Project Coordinators and provide guidance and training.
• Liaise with owners and contacts to facilitate project activities.
• Monitor and control outcomes for multiple projects to resolve issues and dependencies.
• Develop relationships with subcontractors.
