Job summary

Watterson-Environmental- is seeking a Project Manager to direct emergency and facility work orders and ensure client satisfaction. You will manage lifecycle activities, plan, schedule, budget, and maintain client contact to align with needs and timelines.

The role includes overseeing project coordinators, training new staff, and handling larger projects with a focus on risk, issues, and change requests to deliver on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, engineering, or property management preferred.
• At least 4 years of work experience, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally managing people.
• Valid Driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Full project life cycle ownership from initiation to deployment for multiple initiatives.
• Establish practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to mature capabilities.
• Oversee Project Coordinators and train new team members.
• Liaise with owners and contacts to facilitate project activities.
• Monitor and control outcomes for multiple projects to resolve issues and dependencies.
• Develop relationships with the subcontractor community.
