You will manage servicing, repair, and improvements, while developing long‑term client relationships and handling account management. Local travel and supervision duties may apply as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the quality, safety, and performance of all elevator and escalator service operations while driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Oversee servicing, repair, and improvement of existing units in alignment with Schindler and customer standards.
• Cultivate and manage long‑term customer relationships, identifying opportunities for maintenance, repair, and modernization sales.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and Schindler, ensuring clear communication and proactive account management.
• Employee selection, training, and safety oversight for assigned projects; achieve sales targets through strategic account development.
