Job summary

Rogers Electric is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead project teams and oversee complex electrical, data, and lighting construction initiatives. You will drive planning, risk management, and client communications to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in construction/project management, exceptional communication, and strong organizational skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and PM platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in construction, design, project management, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience managing and leading teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong prioritization abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with Rogers Electric systems or similar PM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct oversight and leadership to assigned Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and field teams.
• Define project goals and deliverables; develop project documentation and execution plans.
• Serve as primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle and ensure client alignment.
