Job summary

Rogers Electric, a leading electrical contractor, seeks a Sr. Project Manager to drive complex electrical construction projects from kickoff to closeout. You will supervise Project Managers and field teams, define goals, and ensure client alignment and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, contracts, and risk, while fostering client relationships and delivering high-quality results. A strong leadership and communication focus is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years progressive experience in construction, design, project management or related disciplines.
• Proven experience leading teams; prior supervisory or people management required.
• Strong application of management techniques to optimize team performance and project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership to assigned Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and field teams.
• Define project goals and create comprehensive execution plans (project cookbook).
• Serve as primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle with timely communication.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to support progress and future opportunities.
• Coordinate administrative and field operations to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Identify and resolve project issues; initiate corrective measures for risks or deviations.
• Represent the company in project-related meetings, including strategic planning and client discussions.
• Oversee contract terms, invoicing, equipment rentals, and cost controls to protect company interests.
• Supervise Project Managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance oversight.
• Perform additional duties to support project and organizational success.
