Job summary

Rogers Electric is seeking a Sr. Project Manager for electrical construction in our Dallas office. You will lead Project Managers, Engineers, and field teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

As primary client contact, you will maintain relationships, advance project documentation, and manage contract terms, invoicing, and cost controls while mentoring junior staff. This role emphasizes strong communication and strategic execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years progressive construction/PM experience.
• Proven supervisory experience and team leadership.
• Ability to apply management techniques to optimize outcomes.
• Strong understanding of industry practices and processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and documentation creation.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Project Managers, Engineers, and field teams.
• Define project goals and develop execution plans and docs.
• Serve as primary client contact throughout the lifecycle.
• Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders for future work.
• Coordinate administrative and field ops to meet schedule and budget.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Represent company in meetings, including strategic discussions.
• Oversee financials: contracts, invoicing, equipment, cost controls.
• Mentor Project Managers and provide performance oversight.
• Perform additional duties to support project success.
