Rogers Electric, a leading electrical, data, and lighting contractor with over 40 years of experience and 13 nationwide offices, is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team in the Harrisburg area. You will plan, staff, and manage key field positions and projects, ensuring schedules and budgets are met while maintaining client relations.

You’ll bring strong communication, data analysis, and budgeting skills, plus proficiency in MS Office and Excel.

Qualifications

• Experience leading projects in construction or related industries.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules while maintaining client relations.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and staff key field positions and projects
• Set project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within corporate guidelines
• Build and maintain relationships with prime clients to support construction activities
• Oversee construction via on-site administration to ensure schedule and budget compliance; address issues proactively
• Represent company in project and strategy meetings
• Manage contract finances to protect company interests while maintaining client relations
• Perform other duties as assigned
