Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and staff key field positions and projects.
• Set project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within corporate guidelines.
• Build and maintain relationships with prime clients to support construction activities.
• Oversee construction via on-site administration to ensure schedule and budget compliance; address issues proactively.
• Represent company in project and strategy meetings.
• Manage contract finances to protect company interests while maintaining client relations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
