Job summary

Rogers Electric in St. Louis, MO seeks a Sr. Project Manager for electrical construction to lead multiple projects from kickoff to closeout.

You will oversee Project Managers, coordinate field teams, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining client satisfaction. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and substantial experience in construction management, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and risk across nationwide client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in construction-related field and 7+ years of progressive construction/project management experience.
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience with cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication with client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversight and leadership of assigned Project Managers and field teams.
• Define project goals, create execution plans, and maintain the project cookbook.
• Serve as primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate administrative and field operations to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Identify risks, implement corrective actions, and manage deviations.
• Represent the company in meetings including strategic planning and client discussions.
• Oversee contract terms, invoicing, equipment rentals, and cost controls.
• Supervise Project Managers and provide mentorship and performance oversight.
• Performs additional duties to support project success.
