Job summary

Rogers Electric is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead project teams and oversee client engagements across electrical, data, and lighting contracting.

You will drive project goals, develop execution plans, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of construction/project management experience, with strong communication and leadership abilities, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, or related field or a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in construction or project management.
• Proven experience managing and leading teams; prior supervisory or people management experience is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct oversight and leadership to assigned Project Managers and field teams
• Define clear project goals and deliverables; develop comprehensive project documentation and execution plans
• Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle
• Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to support progress and future opportunities
• Manage construction activities by coordinating administrative and field operations to keep projects on schedule and within budget
• Identify and resolve project issues; implement corrective actions for risks
• Represent the company in project-related meetings including strategic planning and client discussions
• Oversee financial aspects of projects including contracts, invoicing, equipment rentals, and cost controls
• Supervise Project Managers as needed and provide mentorship and performance oversight
• Perform additional duties to support project and organizational success
