Rosendin in Virginia is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee direction, completion, and financial outcomes for multiple electrical construction projects. You will lead a team of project managers and assistants to deliver results for clients while pursuing new business opportunities.

You will establish objectives, monitor budgets, coordinate with prime clients and A/E, and ensure schedules are met. The role demands strong leadership, problem-solving, and solid knowledge of electrical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or related discipline.
• PE license is a plus.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in electrical construction.

Responsibilities

• Establish project objectives and performance standards within corporate policies.
• Supervise project managers and staff in daily tasks.
• Negotiate and supervise the preparation of all change orders on the project.
• Maintain logs to track project progress.
• Maintain liaison with prime client and A/E to facilitate construction activities.
