Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Project Executive – Electrical Construction to lead construction, project management, and administration for large electrical projects. You will oversee budgets, schedules, and profitability, and develop corporate policies to ensure project success.

The role requires extensive PM experience, strong leadership, and a proven ability to manage client relationships and subcontractors while maintaining safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• Extensive 10+ years' experience in project management, preferably in electrical construction.
• Proficient in MS Office; Accubid and Oracle experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight for client management, budgets, and profitability.
• Manage project management staff and develop talent.
• Maintain safety, quality, and customer service standards across projects.
• Lead kickoff meetings and document project start-up activities.
• Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships and timely payments.
• Conduct monthly project reviews to ensure schedules and costs are on track.
• Resolve issues with PMs and Superintendents; support change orders and client communication.
• Represent Rosendin in client meetings and senior management reviews.
