Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multi-project efforts, guiding a team of PMs and ensuring financial outcomes. You will drive project objectives, supervise staff, and manage change orders while maintaining strong client relationships on high-profile electrical construction programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering or related discipline is required or preferred.
• PE license is a plus and highly valued.
• Minimum 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in electrical construction.

Responsibilities

• Establish project objectives and performance standards within corporate policies.
• Supervise and mentor Project Managers and support staff.
• Prepare monthly costing reports and manage project finances to protect the client and company.
• Negotiate change orders and maintain project logs and tracking.
• Coordinate with prime client, A/E, and field team to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
