Job summary

Superior is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive electrical construction projects in Central Ohio. You will manage projects, schedule resources, ensure budgets and timelines are met, and coordinate with the Superintendent and Foremen to drive progress from kickoff to closeout.

This on-site role requires strong leadership, organization, and excellent communication to maintain client relationships and deliver safe, profitable projects across Central Ohio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Bonus: Construction Management degree, Engineering degree, or related certificate.
• Experience with design-build, hard bid, and negotiated projects around $50M+.
• Proficient in construction management software and cost control.
• Active OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead project team(s) with clear communication to team members, vendors, clients, and executives.
• Mitigate project risk and escalate concerns with solutions to leadership.
• Maintain client relationships through proactive collaboration and problem solving.
• Oversee project finances: billings, setup, cost control, change orders, and to-complete.
• Ensure adherence to the full project schedule from kickoff to closeout.
• Chair project meetings with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate across departments to ensure materials availability.
• Own contract scope and negotiate changes as needed.
• Maintain a high degree of safety across the jobsite.
