Job summary

Superior is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive electrical construction projects from site to completion on a Conesville, Ohio jobsite. The role oversees budgets, schedules, and coordination with Superintendent and Foremen to ensure successful progress and completion.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of project operations experience on commercial construction, familiarity with design-build/hard bid/negotiated projects around $50M+, and active OSHA certification.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Project Operations experience on commercial construction projects.
• Experience leading design-build, hard bid, and negotiated projects around $50M+ is a plus.
• Active OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Operations team members and provide clear communication to team members, vendors, clients, and executives
• Mitigate and manage project risk and escalate concerns with solutions
• Maintain client relationships through proactive communication and collaboration
• Oversee all project finance requirements including billings, budgeting, change orders, and cost-to-complete
• Ensure compliance with the full project schedule from kickoff to closeout
• Chair project meetings and coordinate with customers and internal departments
• Negotiate changes to the project contract and manage scope
• Maintain a high degree of safety on the jobsite
