Job summary

Superior is seeking a Project Manager to drive electrical construction projects. Based on a jobsite in Conesville, Ohio, you will manage schedules, budgets, and field coordination with Superintendents and Foremen to ensure project progress.

The role requires at least 4 years in project operations within commercial construction, with bonuses for related degrees or certifications. relocation support is offered as part of a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of Project Operations experience in commercial construction or equivalent field operations management.
• Bonus: Bachelor's in Construction Systems Management, Engineering or related field, or a Construction Management certificate.
• Bonus: Experience with design-build, hard bid, and negotiated projects around $5M to $50M.
• Bonus: Extensive knowledge of construction management software.
• Bonus: Active OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.

Responsibilities

• Mitigate and manage project risk, escalates issues with solutions to leadership.
• Create and manage the full project schedule from kickoff to closeout.
• Manage all project finance requirements: billings, setup, cost control, change orders, cost-to-complete.
• Earn client trust through strong relationships, communication, collaboration, and resolve challenges.
• Chair project meetings with customers, including planning and progress updates.
