Job summary

The Superior Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager for electrical construction projects on a site in Conesville, Ohio. You will manage projects, schedule resources, ensure budgets and timelines are met, and collaborate with the Superintendent and Foremen to drive project progress.

Required: 8+ years of Project Operations experience on commercial construction; design-build/negotiated project exposure; strong software knowledge; an engineering-related degree or certificate.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of Project Operations experience on commercial construction projects.
• Bonus points for leading design-build, hard bid, and negotiated projects around $50M+.
• Extensive knowledge of construction management software; OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Operations team and provide clear communication to team members, vendors, clients, and executives.
• Mitigate and manage project risk, elevate concerns quickly to leadership.
• Maintain and grow client trust through relationship building, swift communication, collaboration, and problem solving.
• Oversee all project finance requirements: billings, setup, cost control, change orders, and cost-to-complete.
• Ensure compliance with the full project schedule from kickoff to closeout.
• Chair project meetings with customers and cross‑department teams.
• Own full project contract scope and negotiate changes as needed.
• Maintain a high degree of safety on the jobsite.
