Job summary

The Superior Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead electrical construction projects in Ironton, Ohio. You will manage schedules, budgets, and safety while coordinating with the Superintendent and Foremen to drive project progress on site.

We value strong organization, clear communication, and leadership to mentor junior colleagues and ensure project success from kickoff to closeout.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in commercial construction project management or equivalent.
• Active OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
• Experience with design-build, hard bid, and negotiated projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mitigate and manage project risk and elevate concerns with leadership.
• Create and manage the full project schedule from kickoff to closeout.
• Manage all project finance requirements including billings and cost control.
• Build client relationships through clear communication and collaboration.
• Lead project meetings with customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate materials across departments to ensure readiness.
• Provide clear leadership and guidance to the project team.
• Understand and negotiate changes within the project contract.
• Review estimates, design drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Maintain high safety standards on the jobsite.
• Ensure timely completion of all closeout procedures.
