Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. in Sterling, VA is seeking a Project Manager III to lead complex electrical construction projects.

You will set objectives, manage budgets, schedules, change orders, and client communications, mentoring junior staff along the way to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field, strong leadership, proficiency with Oracle/Accubid, and a readiness to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related discipline is preferred.
• PE license is a plus and Oracle/Accubid experience is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of project management experience in electrical construction.

Responsibilities

• Act as a mentor to junior project staff and manage other PMs as needed.
• Establish project objectives, policies, and performance standards.
• Negotiate and supervise change orders and maintain schedule/budget.
• Represent the company in meetings with clients and subcontractors.
• Prepare monthly costing reports and manage contract finances.
