Senior Project Manager - Electrical Construction

What You Will Do

• Drive MKD safety culture, ensuring project teams follow safety policies and attend site meetings
• Market MKD, grow customer base, and foster client relationships through regular visits
• Manage day-to-day operations of multiple large-scale projects
• Oversee multiple jobs simultaneously, aligning resources and motivating teams
• Develop detailed project plans, set goals, and implement strategies
• Mentor and coach team members, review lessons learned
• Ensure adherence to systems and processes, review project efficiency and expenses
• Manage financial performance, including revenue recognition, invoicing, and projections
• Oversee Change Order Management systems and participate in weekly meetings

What You Will Need To Succeed

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and proof of work authorization
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings; distinguish colors
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to execute results on multiple projects, with physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds and perform extended standing, walking, and climbing
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

• Must be able to lift, carry, and transport up to 60 pounds
• Stand, walk, reach, and stoop for extended periods in various environments
