CSG Talent is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Program Manager to join our Maryland operations. The role focuses on ecological restoration projects across stream and wetland work, stormwater management, and coastal restoration, guiding efforts from feasibility through construction and long-term performance.

You will oversee budgets, schedules and client relationships while coordinating with regulators, consultants, and contractors to deliver large-scale environmental projects with an emphasis

Qualifications

• 10+ years of environmental, ecological or engineering project experience with management responsibility.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex ecological restoration and water resources projects from concept through construction and completion.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, financial performance and overall delivery.
• Coordinate external engineering consultants, specialist contractors, regulatory agencies and other stakeholders.
• Oversee feasibility assessments, design development, environmental permitting and construction activities.
• Identify opportunities for additional work and contribute to business growth.
• Mentor junior project managers and technical professionals.
