You will coordinate with federal/state agencies, manage design work, and guide interdisciplinary teams to protect wetlands and water resources.

The role requires a professional with 5+ years in relevant fields, strong CAD/modelling skills, and the ability to work with clients and communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, environmental, or biological engineering is required.
• EIT certification is required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in civil/environmental projects.
• Experience with stream restoration design and wetland mitigation design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D and hydrologic/hydraulic modelling (HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, TR-55).

Responsibilities

• Design and drawings for stream restoration projects.
• Assess and monitor streams and wetlands.
• Coordinate approvals with federal, state and local agencies.
• Lead project management and client interactions.
• Prepare hearings presentations and client reviews.
• Utilize CAD software for civil/environmental designs.
• Engage in industry groups, conferences, and events.
