Job summary

Construction Systems Group (CSG) is seeking a Project Manager to support senior engineers and project teams in building envelope and structural restoration projects across the DMV region, with 75–80% fieldwork.

This role suits early-career professionals (3–5+ years) who can translate technical designs into practical field solutions while monitoring budgets, schedules, and quality on multiple active sites near Virginia, Maryland, and DC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 3–5+ years in construction, engineering, or related field.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to perform fieldwork, including working at heights.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Support senior engineers with project coordination and execution.
• Review submittals, plans, and specifications for codes.
• Attend client, contractor, and coordination meetings.
• Assist in resolving field issues and documenting results.
• Perform quality control inspections and review deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects and travel within DMV area.
